Corey Reinhart
President
Corey has over 15 years of experience in large-scale real estate development and construction, with a focus on complex, multi-phase projects primarily in Philadelphia. He has led over $300 million in Philadelphia real estate development over 15 years — including ground-up multifamily, luxury renovations, adaptive reuse, and Class-A commercial fit-outs — managing everything from budgeting and scheduling to quality control and safety.
Jason Reinhart
Vice President
Jason brings over a decade of real estate and business operations experience, with a development background spanning ground-up construction, value-add rehabs, flips, wholesales, and subdivisions. He also brings deep expertise in backend systems and vendor coordination from years in software development and professional services.
Senior Superintendent
Jim brings decades of field experience across residential and commercial construction in the Philadelphia region. He runs HartCo's active jobsites with a focus on schedule, safety, and craft.
